ARTICULO 112. Todas las acciones disciplinarias que se adelanten contra un servidor público de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, deberán ser comunicadas a la Dirección Administrativa correspondiente al nivel territorial en el cual se encuentre laborando, para los fines pertinentes.
