Los estatutos que aprueben las asociaciones de autores en asamblea general, se someterán al control de legalidad ante la autoridad competente. Una vez revisados y hallados acordes con la ley, se ordenará su registro y se procederá al reconocimiento de la personería jurídica, mediante resolución.
