Cuando en un instrumento se consignen dos o mas actos o contratos, solo se cobrara el derecho correspondiente al acto o contrato que legalmente cause el derecho mas alto, según la tarifa establecida, siempre que tales actos o contratos se celebren entre las mismas partes, sean conexos o se refieran a los mismos bienes.
