Art. 33. Todo buque de vapor al salir de los puertos i durante el viaje, debe tener a bordo los siguientes empleados: Capitan; Contador: un primer Injeniero ; un segundo Injeniero, que sea bastante competente para reemplazar al primero en caso necesario; un primer Práctico. un segundo Práctico, también con aptitudes para reemplazar al primero ; i dos Contramaestres, que se denominarán primero i segundo, ademas los candeleros, timoneles, carpinteros, cocinero, despensero i demas jente de la tripulacion que sea necesaria para la buena administracion del buque.
