Autorízase al Gobierno para celebrar contratos de arrendamiento o de administración de las minas de Muzo y Coscuez, ubicadas en el Departamento de Boyacá, así como también para celebrar contratos de explotación, talla y venta de los productos de dicha minas.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno queda autorizado para nombrar las personas que deban intervenir en su representación, en el desarrollo de dichos contratos y para fijarles las remuneraciones correspondientes.
