Requisitos previos al pago del incentivo. Para el cobro del incentivo, el beneficiario deberá demostrar a la entidad encargada del manejo y administración de los recursos naturales renovables y del medio ambiente que ha cumplido todas las condiciones del Plan de Establecimiento y Manejo Forestal, para lo cual la entidad realizará una visita al predio. Los costos de la visita serán de cargo del beneficiario.
