- INFORMES DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA. La Superintendencia Bancaria informará a cada municipio y al Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá, dentro de los cuatro (4) primeros meses de cada año, el monto de la base descrita en el artículo 207 de este Decreto {Decreto 1333 de 1986}, para efectos de su recaudo (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 212, concordado Constitución Política, art. 322).
