Aplicación de las medidas sanitarias de seguridad. Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida sanitaria de seguridad, la autoridad competente, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del producto, el tipo de servicio, el hecho que origina la violación de las disposiciones de este Decreto y demás normas sanitarias o de la incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva, impondrá aquella que considere aplicable al caso.
