Articulo noveno. El Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos, la Federación Nacional de Trigueros, y las demás personas naturales o jurídicas que determine el Ministerio de ta Economía Nacional quedan encargadas de controlar en cada una de las regiones productoras y de consumo el precio, el peso especifico, y la calidad del trigo nacional, asi como también el precio máximo de la harina.
