Salvoconducto especial. Solamente con respecto a los individuos y productos que se incluyan en el inventario a que se refiere el artículo anterior se otorgará un salvoconducto especial para amparar su movilización y comercialización, operaciones que deberán realizarse dentro del término que se establezca.

Se practicará el decomiso de todo individuo o producto que no haya sido incluido en el inventario en el término y con los requisitos que determine la entidad administradora, o que habiéndolo sido se comercialicen fuera del término establecido para ello.
