º . Los contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios que hubieren omitido activos o declarado pasivos inexistentes podrán incluir los primeros y prescindir de los segundos en sus declaraciones correspondientes al año gravable de 1982. Los aumentos patrimoniales que se registren por tales conceptos no ocasionarán sanciones ni investigaciones, ni darán origen a la determinación de renta por el sistema de comparación de patrimonios. Los contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios a quienes se hubiere notificado requerimiento o liquidación, podrán acogerse a lo dispuesto en el artículo 6º de este Decreto. Para que los contribuyentes tengan derecho a la amnistía patrimonial consagrada en este artículo, se requiere que la renta líquida gravable declarada por el año de 1982 no sea inferior a la denunciada por el período fiscal de 1981, salvo que no se hubiere presentado declaración por este año.
