Artículo ochentaiuno. Disposiciones derogadas . El presente Decreto deroga las disposiciones de carácter estrictamente postal contenidas en el Decreto 1418 de 1945, y en especial las siguientes: Capítulos I, II y IV del Título I; Capítulos I; II, III, V; VI; VII; VIII; IX, X, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XIX, XXI, XXII, XVII, XXXI, XXXII, XXXV, XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XL, XLI, XLIII, XLIV, XLV y XLVI, del título II, y Capítulo I del Título V. Y también el capítulo XVIII del Título II Igualmente deroga los Decretos 137 de 1950, 3030 de 1952 y 083 de 1954 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
