ARTICULO 55. Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones. - La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones estará integrada por el Secretario General quien la presidirá, el Director General del área correspondiente, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica y el Jefe de la División Administrativa. Son funciones de la Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones las asignadas en las disposiciones sobre contratación y adquisiciones administrativas.
