Art. 3.° Fara el efecto de llevar las cuentas se divide en dos el Departamento de Correos y Telégrafos, correspondiendo el de Correos á la Secretaría de Gobierno y el de Telégrafos á la de Fomento.

Parágrafo

Este decreto empezará a regir desde su publicación en el Diario Oficial . Dése cuenta á la Secretaria de Guerra y Marina para los efectos del decreto número 72, de 22 de Enero último, y publíquese.
