Ley 58 de 1931 · Por la cual se crea la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas y se dictan otras disposiciones

Además serán castigados con arreglo a las prescripciones del Capitulo 5.°, Título 3, Libro 3.° del Código Penal:

1° Los que por simulación de suscripciones o entrega de valores o aportes, publicación maliciosa de suscripciones o entrega de valores o aportes que no existan, o por otros hechos falsos, hayan obtenido o procurado obtener suscripciones o entrega de valores o de aportes; y

2° Los que para provocar suscripciones o entrega de valores o aportes, publiquen de mala fe los nombres de personas a quienes se supone relacionada con la Sociedad, a cualquier título que sea.
