Afiliación al régimen contributivo. La afiliación de las madres comunitarias del programa de Hogares Comunitarios del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, se efectuará en forma individual al régimen contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y se registrará como trabajador independiente. Las personas que hacen parte del grupo familiar de la madre o padre comunitario no serán afiliados al régimen contributivo, serán tenidos en cuenta como población prioritaria para la afiliación al régimen subsidiado conforme lo establece el artículo 1º de la Ley 509 de 1999.
