Art. 7.° La Junta Depositaria queda obligada a inspeccionar frecuentemente la Litografía Nacional, a fin de que en aquel Establecimiento no se impriman más billetes que los puramente necesarios para el cambio de los deteriorados y para evitar el agio, si llegare el caso previsto en el artículo 5.°, de tal manera que nunca llegue a aumentarse la suma total de billetes emitidos hasta el 28 de Febrero del corriente año. Dicha Junta dará también informes semanales al Ministerio del Tesoro del resultado de la inspección, informes que serán igualmente publicados en el Diario Oficial .
