La Comisión Nacional de Televisión reglamentará las franjas de audiencia y fijará el número de horas de emisión diaria a los concesionarios de televisión pública y privada, a fin de garantizar su igualdad de competencia y cumplir a cabalidad con los fines y servicios del servicio público de televisión.
