°. Prima de Alta Gestión . Los siguientes empleos podrán percibir mensualmente una prima de alta gestión hasta por el veinte por ciento (20%) de la asignación básica mensual, conforme a la resolución del Auditor General de la República en la cual se establecerán los criterios de remuneración de la gestión, con base en el desempeño global de las respectivas dependencias, la cual no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal: Auditor Delegado Secretario General Director de Oficina Gerente Seccional Director.
