Condónase al señor Jorge Saravia la suma de cinco mil setecientos diez y siete pesos veintiún centavos ($ 5,717-21) que le fue deducida como alcance en su carácter de Cónsul de Colombia en la ciudad de La Habana.

Condónase al señor Mario Mosquera V., ex-Administrador de correos de Facatativá , la suma de cuatrocientos ochenta pesos noventa centavos ($ 480-90) que le fueron elevados a alcance por el Administrador General del ramo, cantidad que le fue robada con fuerza y violencia en la noche del 9 de diciembre de 1923.
