El martillo de las bolsas de productos tendrá por objeto la venta en pública subasta y al mejor postor de los bienes inscritos en ella. Por el sistema de martillo podrán venderse las prendas constituidas en los Almacenes Generales de Depósito en aquellos casos en que la ley disponga tal procedimiento y los efectos que se hayan consignado a un comisionista en los casos previstos por el artículo 1290 del Código de Comercio
