"Artículo 15 . De la carga que se despacha por el ferrocarril. La carga que se despache del terminal al ferrocarril, para el interior se cargará por los Administradores en los carros del ferrocarril, dentro de la zona del terminal y en la forma que sea más conveniente para los Administradores. Si está concedida la autorización del servicio de carga directa, y es el caso de prestarlo, los Administradores cargarán directamente de los barcos marítimos a los carros del ferrocarril.
