° Cuando alguien tenga noticia de la existencia de un bien oculto de propiedad nacional, de aquellos á que se refiere la parte final del artículo 966 del Código Fiscal, y quiera hacer el denuncio del caso para gozar de los derechos que le confiere el artículo 969 del propio Código, deberá dirigir un memorial al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, en el cual exprese su propósito y solicite la celebración de un contrato con el Gobierno, sin que tenga necesidad de expresar en dicho memo, rial en qué consiste el bien que se propone denunciar.
