Campo de aplicación. Las disposiciones del presente Título se aplicarán a todas las entidades, dependencias o programas de medicina prepagada cuyo objeto social incluya el transporte de pacientes en ambulancia y/o la atención prehospitalaria, que dentro de su modalidad de servicio contemple los sistemas de prepago.
