La Empresa Tendrá Un Secretario, Cuyas Funciones Y Deberes, Además De Las Que Le Corresponden Como Secretario De La Junta Directiva, Serán Las Siguientes: A) Cumplir Las Instrucciones Que Reciba Del Gerente; B) Llevar La Correspondencia De La Gerencia, De Conformidad Con Las Instrucciones Que Reciba Del Gerente; C) Atender Al Público Que Tenga Asuntos Que Tratar Con La Gerencia, Si Así Lo Dispone El Gerente, E Informar A Éste Sobre Ellos; D) Servir De Medio De Comunicación Entre El Gerente Y El Personal De La Empresa, En Todo Aquello Que No Requiera La Intervención Directa De Aquél; E) Informar Al Gerente De Toda Irregularidad Que Observe En La Marcha De La Empresa, Y Cumplir Los Demás Deberes Que Éste O La Junta Directiva Le Asignen

La Empresa tendrá un Secretario, cuyas funciones y deberes, además de las que le corresponden como Secretario de la Junta Directiva, serán las siguientes
a)
Cumplir las instrucciones que reciba del Gerente;
b)
Llevar la correspondencia de la Gerencia, de conformidad con las instrucciones que reciba del Gerente;
c)
Atender al público que tenga asuntos que tratar con la Gerencia, si así lo dispone el Gerente, e informar a éste sobre ellos;
d)
Servir de medio de comunicación entre el Gerente y el personal de la Empresa, en todo aquello que no requiera la intervención directa de aquél;
e)
Informar al Gerente de toda irregularidad que observe en la marcha de la Empresa, y cumplir los demás deberes que éste o la Junta Directiva le asignen.
