° Erígese en Municipio el Corregimiento del Santuario, por los siguientes límites: De los nacimientos del río San Rafael, límite con el territorio que se reserva para Apía, río abajo á su confluencia con el río Apía; este abajo a su desemboque en el río Risaralda; Risaralda abajo en el desemboque del río Cauca; por este hasta donde recibe las aguas del río Cañaveral, y de allí por el curso del Cañaveral y la cordillera de Tatanía, límites con el Departamento del Cauca, á buscar el nacimiento del río San Rafael, punto de partida.
