Los médicos titulados y demás personas en ejercicio legal de la medicina que, en cumplimiento de esta Ley, hicieren las declaraciones de las enfermedades de que trata el artículo 1º. Quedan legalmente desligados del secreto profesional en lo que se refiere a tales enfermedades, y no incurrirán en pena alguna por ese motivo.
