º A fin de dar cumplimiento al artículo 20 del Decreto 848 de 1990, el representante legal de la empresa de vigilancia presentará la solicitud ante el Comando del Departamento de Policía respectivo donde la empresa vaya a tener su sede principal, con el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en dicha norma. El Comando del Departamento de Policía verificará que se haya cumplido lo establecido en el artículo 9º del Decreto 848 de 1990.
