Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el mecanismo mediante el cual la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación a las Víctimas (UARIV) - Fondo para la Reparación de las Víctimas podrá ordenar la enajenación o disposición de bienes cuando su naturaleza, uso o destino amenace deterioro o se imposibilite su administración, en los términos previstos en el artículo 54 de la Ley 975 de 2005, adicionado por los artículo 177 de la Ley 1448 de 2011 y 13 de la Ley 1151 de 2007.
