El Presidente de la República procederá antes del 20 de julio de 1945, a designar los lugares en donde hayan de funcionar los Juzgados del Trabajo; a señalar su jurisdicción territorial, su personal subalterno, dotación y asignaciones, y a fijar el personal subalterno, dotación y asignaciones de los Tribunales Seccionales y Corte Suprema del Trabajo, y la jurisdicción territorial de los primeros.
