Los acreedores que no presenten sus demandas en el término competente, podrán hacerlo después, pero sin derecho a que se retrotraigan los términos, entendiéndose que no se pretermite instancia si el acreedor se presenta en la segunda.

Juicio para la venta o adjudicación de la prenda o de la cosa hipotecada y para la subasta de que trata el artículo 310 del Código de Comercio.
