Límites de las entidades territoriales. Cuando existan límites dudosos de las entidades territoriales, la Agencia Nacional de Minería o la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, o quienes hagan sus veces en materia de fiscalización, determinarán el porcentaje de participación en regalías y compensaciones a aplicar a cada entidad territorial, con base en los límites provisionales a que se refiere la Ley 1447 de 2011 o las disposiciones que la modifiquen o sustituyan y demás normas reglamentarias, hasta tanto la delimitación entre las entidades territoriales se determine definitivamente por la autoridad competente.
