Al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, como representante legal del Fondo Rotatorio del mismo Departamento, le corresponden las funciones que a los Gerentes, Directores o Presidentes, de los Establecimientos Públicos descentralizados les señalan los Decretos 1050 y 3130 de 1968, y podrá celebrar directamente todo acto o contrato cuya cuantía sea inferior a doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00).
