Exportación a través de envíos de entrega rápida o mensajería e xpresa. Es el régimen que permite a los operadores de envíos de entrega rápida o mensajería expresa la exportación de documentos, materiales impresos, paquetes u otras mercancías, definidos como envíos de entrega rápida o mensajería expresa en el documento de transporte, que requieren del traslado urgente y disposición inmediata por parte del destinatario. La solicitud de autorización de embarque para este régimen se tramitará en la forma prevista para el régimen de exportación definitiva con embarque único y datos definitivos.
