Articulo primero. El numeral 1º del artículo 10 del decreto 2655 de 1973 quedará así: "1º) Ser Nacional Colombiano, mayor de 18 años, gozar de buena salud fisica y mental, no registrar antecedentes penales, poseer el titulo académico correspondiente y, para el personal de custodia y vigilancia, además, ser reservista de primera clase, siempre y cuando no se trate de de mujeres y no ser mayor de 30 años".
