DE LA PROVISIÓN DE LAS VACANTES. Siempre que se presente una vacante en empleos del sector de servicios técnico-aeronáuticos, el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil o los empleados en quienes haya delegado esta facultad, procederán a proveer el cargo teniendo en cuenta las prioridades que establece el artículo anterior.
