Consumada una causal de abandono, la oficina respectiva, antes de tomar nota de este hecho en la partida de matrícula correspondiente, lo comunicará al interesado para que dentro del término de noventa (90) días hábiles rectifique o subsane la deficiencia que se anote o formule su defensa.
