El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Publico incluirá anualmente en el presupuesto de rentas y gastos y en la Ley de Apropiaciones, con destino al ramo de Lazaretos, una cantidad igual a la suma comprobada que arroje el presupuesto presentado por la Dirección General de Lazaretos.

Parágrafo

Caso de que el Ministro no cumpla con lo dispuesto en este artículo, la Cámara de Representantes le devolverá el proyecto de presupuesto para que dé cumplimiento a esta disposición.
