Autorízase al Gobierno para mandar a hacer ensayos de explotación de sal en las aguas del mar Pacifico, directamente o mediante contratos en los cuales se reconocerá el cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del producto liquido al contratista.

Parágrafo

Este contrato no pasar de un término mayor de un año.
