Los convenios que, con autorización de la Asamblea, celebren los Departamentos con observancia de lo estipulado en la Ley Orgánica de Ordenamiento territorial no estarán sujetos a formalidades o requisitos distintos de los que exija la ley . En ellos se pactará la erogación presupuestal a la que haya lugar.
