Art. 2.° Las partidas que en el Presupuesto de Gastos estaban apropiadas para ambos Establecimientos, formarán una sola, destinada al personal y al material de la Escuela Central de Artes y Oficios , de modo que haya unidad de administración y unidad de Caja en la dirección de esta última.
