La presente ley tiene por objeto promover el desarrollo y la transición tecnológica en el campo de la seguridad y vigilancia privada, mejorar las condiciones y garantías de bienestar de los perros utilizados en estas actividades y reducir progresivamente su uso en especialidades no esenciales.
