Servicio de la deuda. Con cargo a regalías y compensaciones se podrá pagar el servicio de la deuda generado por operaciones de crédito público, utilizadas para financiar proyectos susceptibles de ser financiados con dichos recursos de conformidad con los artículos 14 y 15 de la Ley 141 de 1994.
