El Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones habrá de ceñirse en el cumplimiento de sus funciones a las disposiciones establecidas para él por medio del decreto extraordinario 444 de 1967, a las demás normas legales que regulan sus objetivos, y a estos estatutos, y no podrá desarrollar actividades o ejecutar actos distintos a los allí previstos, ni destinar cualquier parte de sus bienes o recursos para fines diferentes de los contemplados en la ley o en estos estatutos.
