SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR. Para efectos del reconocimiento del Subsidio Familiar de que trata el artículo 82 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, el interesado formulará por escrito la solicitud a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, acompañada de las actas de registro civil debidamente autenticadas, en que conste el matrimonio válido en Colombia o el nacimiento de cada uno de los hijos.
