Ámbito de aplicación . El presente Decreto Legislativo se aplicará a los afiliados al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Pensiones, a los empleadores del sector público y privado, a los trabajadores dependientes e independientes, a los pensionados del Régimen de Ahorro Individual, en la modalidad de retiro programado, a COLPENSIONES y a las Sociedades Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones y Cesantías.
