Durante el estado de emergencia económica, social y ecológica, las entidades estatales deberán implementar para la recepción, tramite y pago de facturas y cuentas de cobro de sus contratistas, mecanismos electrónicos, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 616.1 del Estatuto Tributario.
