Recursos Presupuestales para la Liquidación. En caso de que CENABASTOS S. A. - en Liquidación no cuente con recursos suficientes para iniciar el proceso de disolución y liquidación, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, deberá efectuar las transferencias necesarias para su liquidación, recursos que estarán sujetos a su disponibilidad dentro del Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo del sector de Agricultura.
