Los cargos de Escrutadores, Delegados de los Registradores Municipales, encargados de mesas de votación y los demás ad honórem que se crean por esta Ley, serán de forzosa aceptación, cualquiera que sea la edad. El no ejercicio de ellos será sancionado con una multa de $ 500 por quien hace la designación, de oficio o a solicitud de cualquier ciudadano.
