La comisión de la Carrera Administrativa de la Procuraduría General de la Nación se integrará así: a) El Procurador General de la Nación o su Delegado, quien la presidirá b) El Director de Estudios del Ministerio Público c) Un representante de los Procuradores Delegados d) Un Delegado de las Procuradurías Territoriales e) Dos Representantes de los Agentes del Ministerio Público f) El Veedor g) Dos Representantes de los demás servidores públicos de la Procuraduría. Actuará como Secretario de la Comisión el Subdirector de Recursos Humanos. Vigente desde: 28/07/1995 y hasta el: 21/02/2000
